Terry Lickona
PRESIDENT & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Since 1978, Terry Lickona has been the producer, now executive producer, of Austin City Limits. Celebrating 51 years on PBS, ACL is the longest-running popular music series in American television history. In 2003, the President of the United States awarded ACL the National Medal of Arts, the nation's highest honor for artistic excellence. In 2012, ACL received a rare institutional Peabody Award for excellence and outstanding achievement. Terry has also produced other specials and series for public television, cable, domestic and foreign syndication, home video, and DVD - over 800 programs, with artists ranging from Ray Charles and Johnny Cash to Kendrick Lamar, Ed Sheeran, Dolly Parton, Juanes, Willie Nelson, Brandi Carlile, Foo Fighters, Rosalía, Jon Batiste, Bonnie Raitt, Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, and countless others.Terry Lickona has been a co-producer of the Grammy Awards Show on CBS since 2012 and the Latin Grammy Awards Show on the Univision network since 2016. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences from 2005-2006 and has served on the Board of the Latin Recording Academy.
A native of Poughkeepsie, New York, he has lived in Austin, Texas since 1974.

Emily Bolf
PRODUCER
Emily Bolf is currently the Producer of the award-winning PBS series Austin City Limits. Her 25+ years of experience with ACL spans television production, digital content strategy and transformation, social media, live streaming, licensing, and marketing. She continues to help guide brand strategy and growth opportunities for Austin City Limits.During 2024-2025, Emily developed and managed a landmark campaign celebrating ACL’s 50th Anniversary for Austin PBS. By expanding and leveraging community, media, artist, and brand partnerships, LickonaVision and Austin PBS produced three national PBS broadcast specials, a coffee-table book featuring ACL-inspired poster art, and countless activations, panels and events in Austin and beyond.
Emily began her career with Austin City Limits as a college intern in 1997.

Leslie Nichols
CO-PRODUCER
Co-producer Leslie Nichols has over 25 years of experience creating high-quality public television content. She specializes in the seamless execution of complex production logistics, high-stakes TV tapings, and large-scale, multi-artist events.Her expertise is anchored by extensive, long-standing work on the Peabody Award-winning series, Austin City Limits. Leslie has been an instrumental part of the close-knit team upholding its reputation as a globally recognized benchmark for live music programming, leveraging decades of institutional knowledge to ensure the highest production standards.
A lifelong Texan, Leslie is an alumna of The University of Texas at Austin.

Graham Douglass
ASSOCIATE PRODUCER
Graham Douglass is Associate Producer for the award-winning PBS series Austin City Limits, where his work spans artist relations, live television production, and creative planning across each season of the longest-running music series in television history. He plays a key role in shaping the artist experience and building trusted relationships with artists, managers, and creative teams.
A native Texan raised on his family’s ranch, Graham grew up performing in theater before earning his degree from Syracuse University and beginning his career in television production in New York City. He later returned to Austin to join the Austin City Limits team, drawn to collaborative creative environments centered on artists and live performance.
In addition to his work with Austin City Limits, Graham serves on the President’s Leadership Council of the Salt Lick Incubator, supporting the organization’s mission to strengthen creative communities through mentorship, access, and artist-centered programming.

Jonathan Jackson
CREATIVE PRODUCER
Jonathan brings creative elements of Austin City Limits to life as the Creative Producer. His experience with ACL began in the Fall of 2009 when he volunteered to create a time-lapse of Pearl Jam's ACL taping in the original Studio 6A. At that time, Jonathan was primarily a freelance architectural photographer for the AIA and many of Austin's top architectural firms, while also photographing music events for Rolling Stone and Paste Magazine.
Since then, Jonathan’s role with Lickonavision has grown from producing the ACL Behind-The-Scenes series to producing the opening sequences and credit backplates, directing interview segments, creating motion graphics, editing, and filming promotional materials.

Jeff Peterson
POST PRODUCTION CREATIVE
Jeff Peterson is the former Producer of the National Medal of Arts and Peabody award-winning PBS series Austin City Limits. Jeff has been a producer of music programs for HBO, Cinemax, TNN, domestic and foreign syndication, home video, and over a dozen music and documentary specials for PBS. Peterson was a producer on numerous non-televised music concerts, galas and fundraisers, including the Texas Festival at The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. He also more recently was the Producer for A Company of Voices: Conspirare in Concert and Chris Isaak: Beyond the Sun, both for PBS.
Peterson has served on the board of the Texas Chapter of the Recording Academy, has chaired the Texas Chapter Recording Academy Honors and Grammy SoundChecks with both Coldplay and John Mayer, and coordinated performances and production at Grammy in the Schools.
Peterson began his career in 1978 as an audio engineer, music mixer and technical supervisor on various nationally distributed music and dramatic programs, including Austin City Limits.
